Grandma Wallace passed away roughly one week after our visit with her. She was 95 years old. I am so thankful that we got a chance to visit her one last time and tell her we loved her. We will miss you Grandma Grace! For Grace's obituary, click here.
This death has caused me to reflect on family--those present and those gone, as well as our family history. My cousin Emily, a talented writer, wrote her own reflections regarding our ancestor's birthplace, Indiana, in a poem.
