Now that we have decided to stay put for awhile, we are trying to take care of some of the little things that annoy us so that we can be more comfortable. One thing that was bothering me was the green tarp covering our bikes on our little patio. So for Mother's Day, Josiah (and the boys), designed, purchased materials for, and built a bike shed! I love it! The roof even has hinges on it so that we can flip it up and clean leaves and debris off the top.
Our Patio space is so much more user-friendly and clean!
Because I am kind of a neat-geek, I also took it upon myself to organize some of our more troublesome closets, such as the utility closet. Space is at a premium, folks! So organization is key. I'm now loving this space also. It's pretty hard to capture it on camera, due to the size of the closet and limited visibility, but this is my best shot.
Very nice. You are lucky to have such a handy husband (and sons, of course, since I'm sure they helped!) Looks very nice.
